The Herd is part of a collaborative platform called The South African Design & Artisans Imbizo (SADAI).
SADAI represents South African designers and artisans working to create South African design as a globally recognized brand. Part of @_sadaicollective_ mission is to create income generating opportunities for designers and artisans practicing in South Africa. True to its mission, SADAI participated in Southern Sweden Design Days 2021 (SSDD).
Southern Sweden Design Days 2021 is an annual event that makes visible and builds knowledge about design - with a focus on sustainability, collaboration, development and innovation. Over four days, a platform is created for all conceivable disciplines in design through seminars, workshops, exhibitions and networking events. More about the festival here
